Phoebe is Open Ownership’s Advocacy Associate. As a member of the Community Engagement team, she supports people and organisations to use beneficial ownership data through technical capacity-building, data use and engagement activities.
Phoebe’s background is in research and public engagement and events in the non-profit sector. Before joining Open Ownership she worked for five years producing a programme of global events for a social change research organisation based in London, engaging civil society and policymakers across a range of policy areas, with an emphasis on climate issues. She holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Legal and Political Theory from University College London, and is currently based in the UK.
