Using the Open Ownership Principles for effective beneficial ownership disclosure and Requirement 2.5 of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) Standard, this report analyses the country’s current policy and legal environment with the aim of providing mid- to long-term recommendations to advance beneficial ownership transparency reforms within and beyond extractives.
