Open Ownership BODS data analysis tools
Technical details
Up-to-date national BO data from Denmark, Slovakia, and the United Kingdom can now be more easily analysed, downloaded, and reused via https://bods-data.openownership.org.
A wider variety of formats is available so that anyone can use the data files as csv, SQLite, Postgresql, Parquet, or JSON, as well as being able to analyse the data using Big Query or Datasette.
OO ingests, maps, and transforms publicly available BO datasets in line with version 0.2 of BODS. Then, OO enriches those datasets by reconciling and updating them using bulk company data from OpenCorporates.
