Open Ownership’s contribution to the Financial Action Task Force’s (FATF) consultation on draft amendments to its Recommendation 25 on beneficial ownership transparency of trusts and other legal arrangements. The response proposes FATF uses Recommendation 24 on beneficial ownership transparency of legal entities as a blueprint for ensuring adequate, accurate and timely beneficial ownership information of trusts and other legal arrangements for competent authorities.
